Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Customer care is human

Triodos customer care is excellent, little to no queuing and always speaking to a caring human being makes a huge difference. The app is easy to use and finally they are ethical. Paying a small fee for all this is a great way to help the world with a great bank. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Building Trust

Unlike some other banks, each time I speak with someone at Triodos or need support my trust in them increases. Some competitors have more features in their apps, but no feature is as valuable as the peace of mind from knowing I can get good support when I need it.
