Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Undervalued UK Bank

I believe in the future of the bank and so I believe to be loyal to them, as long as I’m a UK resident. They don’t have much services and fancy gadgets showing your budget insights compared to other banks, as they recently developed Apple Pay but I do stand by them and the potential they can offer in the future. Small price to pay for unequalled ethical banking

It is a paid for account and the web banking continues to be improved but the app is good and customer service is excellent. I'm happy to pay a small amount each month for the exceptional green credentials Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Every step of the way they’ve been excellent.

Every step of the way they’ve been excellent. So easily drawn in by their approach and offering. Their service and security process has been incredibly helpful throughout and I recently decided to additionally opt for a stocks & shares ISA account for the children too. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
