Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Open, professional and ethical

I am very happy that all communications with Triodos are clear and open, and the interface to my current account is well designed and straightforward. They take a consistently professional approach to customer service. Most of all I am impressed by the highly ethical approach to banking and investing that Triodos takes, and I especially enjoy their newsletter updates about the good things they are doing with their customers' money. A fabulous bank

The online banking is intuitive and easy to use. Calls to Triodos are always answered quickly and by a human being. Advice on the phone has always been helpful. Foreign payments needs to be handled carefully - that is to say, make sure the payee has all the bank details and follows them to the letter - then it all works perfectly. Excellent and ethical bank
