Ethical bank with amazing customer service

Love Triodos, not the monthly fees though

I like banking with Triodos, I haven’t had any trouble with them and would love to continue. Unfortunately the monthly fees are making me rethink my decisions, I’d have loved to see free banking, that would’ve made me stay with them for the foreseeable future. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Top sustainable bank.

Ethical. Customer service great

Triodos customer service always pick up the phone within 2 minutes, and are always helpful, completely different to my previous experience with Lloyds, who were rubbish at customer service. Triodos have excellent sustainability ethics, mu reason for changing to them Reviewed on: 20th March 2026
