Truly ethical

Triodos is a truly ethical bank supporting both ethical and sustainable projects. It is always good to know that they lend our money only to groups who are not damaging the environment or involved in armaments. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021

KIND THOUGHTFUL ETHICAL PROFESSIONAL

Triodos respond quickly to our needs. For example by phone talking me through installing the app before going abroad. Very patient, clear and kind. They examine ethics very closely and communicate regularly about the projects,we are supporting. The communications are not excessive - not too many emails! Reviewed on: 13th April 2025

Makes banking stress free!

I’ve only had to call once but the lady was super friendly and calming. The phone was picked up straight away and I got through to a real person - whoo hoo! The app is incredibly easy to navigate and use. The colours make me feel calm as well. Sustainability is incredibly important to me which is why I chose Triodos & I’ll be moving all my banking activities to them. So easy all round! Reviewed on: 13th April 2025
