Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. I have been with Triodos for years.

I have been with Triodos for years. Recently introduced mobile contact less payments and some new features in the app. All working fine and definitely best ethical choice. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026

Best account in the UK for ethical banking

Switched to Triodos current account because it is the most ethical bank in the UK. £3 per month charge is reasonable, rather having my bank making money from overdraft/credit card charges. What I wasn't expecting was the useful 'Insights' functionality in the app, which provides useful income/expenditure and cashflow analysis. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026

Triodos Bank is a scam. Yesterday they were informed of a theft from a bank account, and the next day Triodos Bank allowed another theft from the same scammers who stole money yesterday. The bank, together with the scammers, is stealing money from people. Reviewed on: 20th January 2026

Has absolutely everything i need including ethics!

Has absolutely everything i need, is straightforward, and i can sleep at night knowing I'm not funding anything insidious. They still seem to be the only bank that puts people and planet before profits, the rest must still think we can eat and breathe money. Reviewed on: 12th June 2025
