Ethical, Professional, Thorough.

It's so good to know that the organization looking after my money is using it ethically. That is my most important consideration, and no other bank offers such reassurance. Having said that, my most recent communication with Triodos was most frustrating! I had inherited a sum of money which I wanted to pass on to a friend who really needed it. It took a number of phone calls and elaborate proofs of the source of the money, as well as the nature and duration of the friendship, before the transfer was finally allowed to go ahead. I say I was frustrated, but of course it is another sign of how professional and ethical Triodos bank is. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Transparency and ethics

I love the fact you can call up and speak to a real person in minutes. I also love the transparency in their balance sheet and where they invest there money. I like they have principles, believe in climate change and don't support wars, etc. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

great bank

careful with security and works perfectly well as current account. The biggest plus is that we have not seen any major hacks with this bank as far as I know and that the money is invested in ethical projects only. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026
