Triodos has been getting better and better since I've been banking with them. They've been working to make online banking a smoother and easier experience. Their customer service is excellent, I've had a couple of problems with my card and every single time they've been quick, responsive and very helpful. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Excellent user experience

The app is clear and simple to use and I've never had any technical issues. I also have a cash ISA and had begun investing which is a huge win as I was struggling to find ethical investment opportunities elsewhere. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Prompt assistance and reliable bank

Seamless banking and prompt assistance with any issues I have had. Triodos always delivers on what they say they will do and knowing that they are an ethical bank and use my funds responsibly is an added bonus. I have never considered ceasing to bank with Triodos. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

I've always been able to get through to a human

I've always been able to get through to a human being when I've needed to. They've always been helpful, and able to sort out my issues. It feels good knowing that my money is being used to actively do good, rather than merely avoiding evil, or, more likely with most of the high street banks, being actively invested in wicked things like armaments and things that deepen and hasten the climate change emergency. They’re a great bank with great values.
