Overall, I am satisfied with Triodos and the functionality of their app. Not being able to easily receive international payments is slightly frustrating. Introducing Apple Pay compatibility was a positive recent step. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Excellent customer care and values

Every time I have had to call my bank, my call is answered within a few rings by an actual human being who is polite and efficient! Every query I have had has been quickly resolved and I have never felt rushed. I also like that my money is supporting ethical projects that I feel passionate about. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

A bank that treats customers like full people

I love knowing that my money is invested ethically, that the fees are reasonable and transparent and there to make the business model of ethical banking sustainable, never to rack up profits for an elite few. I feel valued in every interaction I have ever had with Triodos, treated with dignity and care.
