Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. I never cease to be inspired by the range of projects that aligns with my values. I find the website and app is pretty easy to navigate and it works effectively. I have current account as well as my Isa here and always take the opportunity to spread the work about true ethical banking. Well done! Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Great ethical banking

I can sleep comfortably at night knowing my money isn’t being used to destroy the planet or bomb innocent children. Yay for ethical banking! The card looks cool too. I’d prefer if the app was a bit better at breaking down and showing in/out payments and monthly expenditure to help with budgeting. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Ethical and smart

It’s great to know that you are banking with someone who is ethical and green. And now that they offer Apple Pay and an api it now is fully functional. The app is clear and easy to use and all my Triodos accounts are in one place. I’ve only had cause to get customer support once and I was straight through on the phone to someone who could help.
