Feel good

It feels good to have an account with a bank that I know is ethical and that my money is being used to do good things. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

Great ethical current account

Great current account product, which is very ethical and is accessible via internet and mobile banking. Whilst the account carries a monthly fee, they use this to run the account costs rather than simply funding it with excessive overdraft charges the way other banks often operate. Fair on everyone. Finally, an excellent, ethical bank!

At long last, a bank that offers excellent service AND aligns with my values. When I first found out about Triodos, I assumed that there had to be a compromise somewhere, but there hasn't been. Quite the opposite, ignoring their ethical credentials, they offer outstanding service. banking that does good in my community and beyond

Great experience in setting up an account and switching over. very easy to use the app and features. customer service is super helpful if you need to ask a question. overall I know where my money is going and to do good in my community and beyond. Reviewed on: 14th March 2025

Good banking service

We have been a customer for just over 2 years and find the Online App and Internet Banking services to be excellent. The fact that our money is not being used to fund oil extraction and other climate warming activities is important to us. Reviewed on: 14th March 2025

Fantastic ethical bank

Fantastic ethical bank, who does good for a planet instead of funding fossil fuels industry like others do. Plus, there's actual people on the phones and chats, instead of robots! Good performance, great ethics

Solid positive performance, and I know what my money is funding. So happy Triodos does ethical money and does not invest in fossil fuel industries. Rather the investments are positive and support the things I value. And being practical, I've not had any problems with the app or online. Reviewed on: 13th March 2025

Commendable but needs some technical changes

I fully support the values of Triodos and what they are trying to achieve. Now that I can use Apple Pay, it’s even better! My only bugbear is needing my phone if I ever want to log in on a computer as only the computer version allows certain functions - this definitely needs a rethink. When my phone was stolen, I couldn’t access my online banking until I had a new phone which was very frustrating. Otherwise, keep up the good work! Reviewed on: 13th March 2025

Great Ethical Credentials

I chose to open an account with Triodos because of their Ethical Credentials. I do find they're a little backward and cumbersome to use sometimes, especially with the monthly fee I pay for the account, but I choose to be okay with that because I know I'm banking ethically.
