Fantastic Bank

Triodos is the most ethical bank (rated by Ethical Consumer), and is fantastic. The app is great and the customer service is excellent. I feel so glad that my money is used to invest in fantastic community opportunities, and the strong ethics of the bank doesn’t compromise quality or value for money. I genuinely recommend. Excellent current account.

I have had a personal current account since Triodos first offered them and have always found the service offered excellent. Not once have I had any complaints in all the years I have banked with them. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Whenever I need to speak to someone it’s so easy. They are a pleasure to deal with on the very few occasion I need to deal with them. Clear communication of what they are doing with finances and supporting various ethical initiatives. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Great bank

Day to day the account is simple to use. In the event I have had an issue Triodos have always helped and resolved quickly. I had to make a large transfer and Triodos took the security of that transfer and my money very seriously and supported throughout.
