Reassurance

The reassurance I have because Triodos Bank is investing ethically, especially in giving opportunities to small green businesses, is incomparable. Plus I've never had an issue with customer services - it's always responsive and excellent! Reviewed on: 27th February 2026

Flexible and ethical

A flexible current account that can be used with it's bank card like one from our usual high street banks, but I know my money in it is used for ethical ventures. Reviewed on: 27th February 2026

Triodos the ethical bank

We've been with Triodos for quite a few years and have been very happy with the service we get and they keep us informed of changes happening as well as info on where our money goes, which most banks do not do. Reviewed on: 27th February 2026

Great ethical bank

It’s brilliant to be able to have my money with a bank that will use it for good. And this year they started supporting Apple Pay, which was the one thing they were missing in the past! They don’t have branches, but you can do everything you need at the Post Office, and the people on the phone are friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 27th February 2026

I love Triodos they always give helpful updates

I love Triodos, they always give helpful updates in the message section, and in app info when anything changes, they have added extra features around budget tracking, they let me know when payments look similar, when they changed branding they sent plenty of information ahead of time Reviewed on: 27th February 2026
