A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Refreshing in these times where unsustainable growth is often marketed as the only way to go- I like how Triodos is prepared to challenge this narrative. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025

The best eco online bank

Their online current account is so easy to use and reliable. Making a payment using my mobile is very quick, just requires a couple of clicks. With their new Visa debit card I can now use Apple Pay, so convenient for lots of transactions and when I forget my debit card! I swapped to Triodos because of their exemplary eco credentials. Give your money social and environmental value

Triodos Bank combine my desire to help the environment and take care of my money. I feel happy that some of my money contribute to positive actions, produce social value and are invested in protecting the environment. Triodos has always been helpful when I have an enquiry, they talk to me in plane English (no jargon or trade speak that could be misconstrued), they listen, check that what I have said is correct and kindly give me a reply and then help me to resolve my question. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Customer service is amazing. Really helpful people, easily accessed. I love getting the updates on how my money is used to make the world a better place. Gives me a great feeling to know that my money is being used use as a force for good in the world, without me even having to do anything!
