Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. My experience with Triodos is generally very good, especially when speaking to an advisor over the phone. The only thing that lets them down is the website/app interface. Most importantly though is that Triodos is an ethical bank. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
