A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. The best bank!

I’ve never had a problem with Triodos even with the bank being so far from where I live. They are kind and helpful with any queries and always sound happy to help! A real person on the end of the phone!

It is always easy to speak to a real person on the telephone - are rare thing these days. The online banking is simple to use with great login speed and no need for endless codes and passwords. I love it! What a difference from my previous bank. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

I never cease to be inspired by the range of projects that aligns with my values. I find the website and app is pretty easy to navigate and it works effectively. Great ethical banking

I can sleep comfortably at night knowing my money isn’t being used to destroy the planet or bomb innocent children. Yay for ethical banking! The card looks cool too. I’d prefer if the app was a bit better at breaking down and showing in/out payments and monthly expenditure to help with budgeting. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
