Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Planet First

I bank with Triodos because I trust that they manage money in a positive way, with the long term impacts for people and the planet as a priority. The app is good, and they have recently introduced Apple Pay. I don’t mind waiting a little longer for technological developments as I believe it is more important that they focus on the good work they do than a little extra convenience for me. Triodos thinks about its customers

I like the clarity of information from Triodos and the fact that the customer is not overloaded with marketing emails. My current account is easily accessible (in terms of layout and legibility) and transfer of money is easy and quick. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

Good bank but needs to improve on speed

Everyone should bank with Triodos!

When we became concerned about the impact of the big national banks (especially carbon impact) we moved our money to Triodos as their model of ethical investment was transparent, informed and taking positive action to address the climate crisis. My experience of both their current account and the savings accounts is that they are as good as the national banks and you get the amazing knowledge you are taking positive action for the future.
