Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Beyond fantastic!

Great customer service . Easy to contact someone to speak to and when you do, they are knowledgeable and clear. I like paying a monthly.charge knowing I am paying for my.banking instead of some customers hanging to pay for those benefits that come with more exclusive accounts. ethical banking

I'd been looking for an ethical bank for years and a friend reccomended triodos..I'm currently shifting all my banking over the next few months...ethical by end of the year. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

Ethical but not yet fully developed.

I have chosen Triodos as it is the ethical option for banking. I would rate it to 5 stars if a few of the banking functions would be developed so I can let go of my alternative bank account. For example, bank transfers are very low and I cannot link my triodos account to external services, such as Credit Ladder. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

Constant improvement

I have held a Triodos current account for several years now and I've been very pleased with it. Triodos are always improving the service, including the mobile app, through which I can do everything I need and if not, like international payments, I can do it from the online website. Great switching bank account service.

I switched my personal account to Triodos last year to try it out. I was so impressed with the customer service that my husband and I have now switched our joint account to Triodos too. It’s feels good to for our money to be doing good instead of harm to people and the planet. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025
