I rejoice in knowing that my banking positively impacts on others and doesn’t provide the finance to projects that are destroying our planet. Ethical and great customer service.

It is good to know my money is being used in an ethical way, but customer experience is also important. On a day to day basis I don't need to have much contact as the account runs smoothly, but I was very impressed by the efforts of customer service staff in trying to help me make an online payment where the problem lay with the the other company not Triodos. They were on the phone with me for the best part of an hour trying different things with great patience. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

A bank with principles.

A bank with principles. Unlike most banks Triodos exists to serve it's customers. It begins with things like charging a £3 month fee. You might say well that isn't very customer friendly but it is because they spread the cost of running the bank across all customers, not just the ones who are overdrawn. They have an app so you can see your transactions on the move. They still have a little way to go for example they don't support apple/google pay and their website has a split personality as they roll out the the new version. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Good value and good values
