Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. My money is helping to make positive change

I access my account online, and the website is very easy to use. I have rarely needed to ask for help and when I did, the staff responded very quickly and clearly. I enjoy reading the bank newsletter with stories about the groups and businesses that they have loaned money to. These stories confirm that choosing to bank with Triodos was the right decision. A Landscape of Hope.

As a Landscape Technician with an occupation centred around making sustainable design choices to improve climate resilience, inclusiveness and accessibility, I was very very keen to ensure that the bank who handle my hard-earned money was aligned with my values. I was able to make the switch to Triodos from my previous high-street branch of BoS very easily indeed. The account cost is very reasonable at £3 per month, and the excellent regular updates on investments and charity case studies makes me feel confident that I made the right decision to change. My card is accepted everywhere, and there are no physical branches so every penny saved is directed in the most effective way to ensure that everybody who should benefit does. More and more people are turning to Triodos which means more excellent support for forward-thinking businesses and targeted charity donations. It also means that those horrible mainstream banks who turn cash into weaponry, deforestation, and corrupt governments with human rights atrocities get their hands on less money to hide dodgy investments on behalf of insensitive shareholders. Well informed and friendly staff

Good service that isn't destroying the planet
