A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Refreshing in these times where unsustainable growth is often marketed as the only way to go- I like how Triodos is prepared to challenge this narrative. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025

An easy to use banking app

I have been using the Triodos online banking app to operate my current account. It is easy to use and I have not encountered any difficulties or technical problems. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Customer service improving all the time.

Customer service has got better over the years. Many glitches with getting to used to online banking were handled kindly. Most recently when asked to send a summary of how a foreign transfer could received the call handler completed the task and sent an email via secure method very efficiently. Thank you. Triodos customer service is excellent.

Triodos customer service is excellent. Available to speak to in person without a long wait time. Knowledgable staff able to link with the correct department immediately. Good experience over several accounts and many years!

We have a joint current account, several saving bonds and a cash ISA account and use online banking on a PC and a phone app. All works well and when we've had to speak to a human being they have always been very helpful. Great ethical bank

I love the features provided by this bank and most importantly the ethics behind the bank. In particular customer service is always there to help if I have any requests, the app and website work really well and I know my money is being used to do good around the world. Banking for the future

A great current account, with a bank that actually does some good in the world. I don't like my money being lent out to companies that build oil rigs, design and sell weapons to regimes that kill civilians, or treat their employees badly. So I don't bank with a mainstream bank. Instead I know Triodos lend it to people like me, who want to use what influence they have in the world to make it a better place. It's so easy to make a difference.
