A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Refreshing in these times where unsustainable growth is often marketed as the only way to go- I like how Triodos is prepared to challenge this narrative. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025

Mostly good experience

My experience with Triodos has been largely good. My only complaint is that money cannot be transferred directly from abroad - I do some work on a self-employed basis for an American company, and this has to be paid into my joint account at another bank. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Triodos current account

I think Triodos is fantastic...i can sit back knowing my funds are being used ethically by the bank. I have also been very impressed about the security checks the bank does ensuring that transactions i make are done safely. I would recommend this account to everyone Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Responsive and easy

I have had a current account since they first became available and it has been easy to operate by phone and PC, with a responsive helpline when needed. I'm glad I don't need to worry about who they invest my funds with. The only downside is they are not a clearing bank so getting payments from abroad isn't straightforward. Triodos is very responsive

Triodos is very responsive to enquiries and I can use the banking app for their FAQs or email via online banking with any questions or requirements. The app is intuitive and easy to use, and I feel in control of my account. It was the ethos of the bank that drew me to them initially which so far permeates in their day-to-day business and communication. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024
