Customer service great.

Customer service great. Everything has gone smoothly since I transferred my account to Triodos. It’s great to know they only make ethical and renewable investments that will help to solve the climate emergency . Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

The excellent customer service is an unexpected bonus!

I love the fact that I can speak to someone in customer service - and not a chatbot. The customer service team is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My account is easy to manage on line - the instructions are clear and it does everything a bank account should. Triodos is the ethical option

Triodos is the most ethical bank I've found after extensive personal research, and I love knowing where my money's going (or not going!). It's very important to me that I don't support arms dealers or fossil fuel developments, which are given loans to by almost all mainstream banks. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Brilliant ethics.

I have a personal account but I also hold savings and ISAs with them. The most important thing for me is that they don't invest in fossil fuels or weapons. I love their app and I like seeing how much carbon is being saved, but it's the ethics I value most Reviewed on: 16th January 2024
