A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Excellent customer service

Triodos offers all the everyday banking that I require through the app. On occasions when I need something a little more complicated, I can call and speak to a human usually within 60 seconds. What's not to like? Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Outstanding ethics AND customer service
