I love banking with Triodos.

I love banking with Triodos. I was with Santander for many years and they were fine, but the fact they continue to invest in fossil fuels made me think about switching. When i looked into which bans scored well in ethical banking tables, Triodos were right up there, and the fact I know my money is doing good in the world means a lot to me. The switching process was super easy, and the service from Triodos has been great. I've now added a savings account with them. Reviewed on: 17th January 2024

The Ethical Bank!

My wife and I have been Triodos customers now for several years and we are so glad that we 'made the switch!' When personal contact is needed, (and who doesn't at some time need personal contact with their bank?), the patient helpful Triodos staff are just a phone call away! Reviewed on: 17th January 2024

Great bank account.

Great bank account. Easy to switch and it feels great knowing that your money is being managed by an ethical and environmentally conscious bank. We moved to Triodos (from Santander) about 18 months ago and we've never looked back. We also moved our ISA. The app is good and improving all the time. Reviewed on: 17th January 2024

Triodos is planet friendly

I found the current account really easy to set up using the switch service, I had a few direct debits & all transferred over smoothing, I use the online sometimes & find it user friendly but mainly bank using the app & find it very user friendly, I haven't had to contact customer service much but when I have they are very helpful, I also have an online saver with Triodos That was easy to set up, I find Triodos very transparent & its nice to know that my bank is very ethical Reviewed on: 17th January 2024

What I like most about Triodos, aside from their ethical policies, is that I can easily get through to their call centre, and whoever I speak to is always knowledgeable, polite and thorough. Sadly this is all too rare these days, so it's something I really value. Reviewed on: 17th January 2024

I really like banking with Triodos, because they are open and clear about their policies and investments and only support the type of people that i would be keen to support anyway. Their ethics match mine in regard to climate change, poverty, etc Reviewed on: 17th January 2024
