Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Excellent service

The customer care by Truodos is brilliant. The assistanants are accessible, helpful, friendly and reliable. They never make me feel that I am a nuisance. In the fast pace world we live in it is wonderful to find an organisation where the staff treat customers with respect and patience. They give a prompt response. They always do what they say they are going to do and call back to check that a problem has been solved. I am so glad that I have transferred to a bank that really cares about its customers. I have banked with Triodos for 40 years. It shines as a beacon of transparency and ethics. If I have an issue I pick up the phone and speak to someone who can help me. With the Saver accounts, I can see clearly exactly where my money is invested, in sustainable and socially responsible companies and charities. No other bank I have tried compares with this.
