Seeing is believing

We are proud to use Triodos Bank for both our joint current account and our savings. Triodos Bank's commitment to transparency was an important reason for deciding to switch all our baking services to them some years ago. The bank's open and transparent approach enables us to see exactly how our money is used (and as importantly what it is not used for). This transparency is key to underpinning the ethical banking for which Triodos is acclaimed and which is very important to us. Crucially, the bank does not just make information on its activities available, it proactively highlights its activities and the impact that it is having. Ethical banking is delivered by efficient and friendly banking services. Not only do I find browsing the Triodos website interesting but also an education. An important dimension of this is being able to see what activities and organizations are being supported by Triodos in our area. Since moving to Triodos we have found the website easy to navigate and use for online banking. The banking app on our smartphones is easy and quick to use. When we need to contact telephone support we have always found the service friendly and helpful. When everyone is concerned about the increasing number of banking scams, it is reassuring to be able to contact the bank via secure message within the online banking facility. Great bank that you can actually talk to!

Been with Triodos for about 6 years and, whilst I joined for ethical reasons, I’ve really been pleasantly surprised by their fantastic customer service. Great ethical bank

We’ve been with Triodos for over 10 years and not looked back. Their ethical approach is the main attraction for us particularly the support for renewable energy and support for community products. A Very Current Current Account

I made the choice to change from standard High Street banking to Triodos after realising that I had been sleepwalking for my entire working life by allowing my earnings to feed into a system which is historically linked with unethical business. The switching process was seamless and I now see clearly that my earnings are being invested in forward thinking contemporary and highly ethical business with a keen eye on improving sustainability globally. Their updates and blogs are a pleasure to read and I feel like a true and equal partner in a positive effort to make things better for now and for the future.
