Progressive banking for a struggling world

I have only recently opened an account with Triodos but the reason I did so was because of their reputation as a progressive, environmentally friendly bank. We need the other traditional banks to stop investing in climate damaging businesses but they are reluctant and hide their impact behind a green-washed screen. So moving to Triodos was the best option for me, and so far, I'm very happy with their service and offerings. Reviewed on: 18th January 2023

Ethical, honest, helpful

Triodos keeps its customers and investors informed about whom they support, give eco tips to all and queries are dealt with promptly even by a real person on the tel. line. The Triodos app is great! Reviewed on: 18th January 2023

Amazing ethics and customer service

Really happy with Triodos and am mainly with them because of how ethical they are. Customer service is the best I’ve ever seen. Only downside is the mobile banking interface isn’t as up to date as the likes of Starling/Monzo and you have to post cheques physically rather than being able to upload online. Great values
