Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. I LOVE dealing with Triodos.

I LOVE dealing with Triodos. I know their heart is where mine is - in the healthy wholeness of humanity and not buried in the lust for profit. I'm happy to pay for that. They're very helpful online or on the phone. I find their app exceptionally good too, and I deal with quite a few banks in my work. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2024

Triodos - A bank for our times

Triodos is a bank for our times. With financial institutions concentrating on profits and shareholder dividends, I choose to bank with Triodos for their ethical principles. I like that they support community projects and don't invest in big pharma, fossil fuels, etc. The app makes it so easy for me to conduct all my banking. Friendly,helpful people at the other end of the phone. Any problems sorted out efficiently. Paying companies/family/friends on your phone is seamlessly easy and money arrives almost immediately. Larger amounts can be paid too. A £3 a month fee is well worth it and i see it as a charity donation towards all the fantastic work Triodos does as an investor to small businesses both in Uk and abroad helping many projects get off the ground especially helping poorer communities . This is a bank you can trust.

This is a bank you can trust. It's transparent, ethical and easy to deal with on a personal level. I have never had anything but helpful guidance, and it takes extra care with customers to avoid fraud, which in today's world, is really important. Reviewed on: 27th March 2024

An ethical bank with lovely staff

I bank with Triodos because it is an ethical bank, but the service is also very good. I very rarely have queries or problems but when I do I can call the bank and I am answered by knowledgeable, patient and rather lovely people. Reviewed on: 27th March 2024

This is a great bank.

This is a great bank. It is really important to me that I use my finances ethically and that includes my banking. The current account is really easy to manage with the app or online. Also the savings account is just right right for me too. Triodos are excellent with customer communication, always keeping me up to date with hope my money is being used to make a difference. An amazing bank!

They are unlike any other major bank. They proactively support projects that are good for the environment and for people, as well as avoiding investing in harmful businesses such as fossil fuels. And everything works very smoothly too. Reviewed on: 27th March 2024

Runs like clockwork.

Runs like clockwork. You can have total trust in Triodos both in terms of their handling of your account (charges, interest), and in what they invest in or finance . Not only do they not invest in or finance things that damage people and planet, they proactively invest in and finance things that are going to make positive change.
