Ethical, human and efficient

Triodos is run on thoughtful, ethical and eco principles but is also just a really effective bank. Offers all the options needed and when I have ever needed to speak to them - they are friendly, efficient and helpful. Just what is needed all round! Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Friendly, personal, ethical banking

The app and mobile banking experiences are smooth and feel very safe and secure. Every time I speak to a customer service agent I am welcomed by genuine kindness and friendly people. Tripods bank the best

Best approach to banking of any retail bank

Triodos’s approach to banking was exactly what I was looking for from my bank - I really like how my money is invested in sustainable projects. Their customer service is also very good. Outstanding Customer Support
