Friendly, helpful, ethical bank.

Really friendly team of people who always help effectively with any queries. Communicate well and don’t bombard you with sales pitches like a previous high street bank I was with. I have recommended them to close family and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others as ethical banking ought to be a priority. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

I have entrusted my money with Triodos for the past 7 years and have nothing but praise for them. I know exactly what they stand for and where funds are invested (or more significantly, where it will not be). I can relax knowing that Triodos are using my money to support project which are good for people and the environment. The account isn't snazzy, and could do with an easier login without a digital passcode generator. However, the bank's ethical and environmental convictions trump these minor inconveniences. Triodos are building a better world while other banks are turning people against each other and our planet. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022
