Triodos is great! It gives me so much peace of mind to know that my money is not being used to fund industries which are worsening the climate crisis. Instead it is investing in sustainable solutions for the future. I think everyone in the UK should switch to Triodos. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Ethical banking

With little consumer choice around ethical UK banking Triodos is a breath of fresh air in how to manage customer money ethically and this is why I chose them and would not change. Their customer service is efficient and helpful and you quickly get to speak to a real person. The app and website are OK, the digipass seems a bit old fashioned and I don't carry it with me so Internet banking when I'm not at home can be a challenge, there are other ways to verify using mobile phones but this is a small niggle. The bank of the future - in the present!

We moved to Triodos at the end of 2019 as our environmental and societal consciences bit hard, and are delighted to be able to support such a green and ethical company with our money. Service is great, security second to none, and we are extremely happy that we moved our money. EVERY bank should have their very simple and transparent objectives: to protect and promote quality of life and human dignity for all. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022
