Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Leaving one of the big 4 was an excellent choice.

We left one of the big 4 banks, which I had joined as a student many moons ago, over 5 years ago. It is the best thing I have done. Excellent customer service. A simple banking app for my phone. And now - more important than ever in these awful times - I know my money isn't funding arms sales or fossil fuels. Reviewed on: 25th March 2024

Triodos Bank ethical, professional and easy.

Ethical, planet saving use of my money.

Our money is used for good, ethical, planet saving purposes. The App works brilliantly for seeing ones account details, paying bills etc. For someone of 80 years old it is all easy to use. Good to know this bank is really in it for the greater good, not to generate wealth for the usual fat cats by exploiting anything and everything they can think of.
