A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. 5 star bank

Being a B Corp, it gives me the comfort that Triodos does banking with sustainability and people in mind. With most banks either investing in non-ethical industries, or not disclosing what they invest in, banking with Triodos means I know that my money is helping a bank investing in the future. A very helpful bank.

If I have problems there is always clear, patient help from their phone line.When I had problems getting money I was owed back from a firm, thet obtained a full refund for me. Reviewed on: 30th January 2024

A great and honest bank

I've been banking with Triodos for a few years now and have not had any issues. They have been helpful on the few occations I have have need to contact them. The phone app and website are functional and logical. Above all else they are open and honest about how they are managing my money and what it's being used for. Reviewed on: 30th January 2024
