Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. If I have problems there is always clear, patient help from their phone line.When I had problems getting money I was owed back from a firm, thet obtained a full refund for me. Reviewed on: 30th January 2024

A great and honest bank

I've been banking with Triodos for a few years now and have not had any issues. They have been helpful on the few occations I have have need to contact them.
