Personal service.

I particularly like being able to phone up and talk to a patient and knowledgeable person. It's almost a relief in an age of chatbots and companies who are constantly trying to avoid speaking to you or give you someone with limited knowledge or power to do anything. Reviewed on: 27th January 2024

How we manage our financial arrangements is one of the most important ways we can contribute to effecting positive change in this world. Triodos is ethically led and does not fund the toxic oil and gas industry nor arms nor tobacco manufacturers, and for this reason I have a personal current account with the bank.
