Best approach to banking of any retail bank

Triodos’s approach to banking was exactly what I was looking for from my bank - I really like how my money is invested in sustainable projects. Their customer service is also very good. Outstanding Customer Support

If you want to put your money where your mouth is

Triodos is a great bank because it sticks to what banks’ missions should be ie serving the community. If you hold an account there you know that your money is benefiting good causes and projects that can make our world a better place. The only area for improvement is their customer facing technology which is still a bit clunky (eg you can’t make a payment online just with the app) Reviewed on: 15th January 2022
