Triodos bank is an ethical Bank, which means your money is being used to support positive, planet enhancing, non polluting investments.Not only that but the service is excellent, and you are able to speak with a real person whenever help is needed. I would recommend then to anyone who cares about the planet, and believes in a sustainable future. Intelligent, warm and excellent customer care

A very kind and patient man talked me through all of the options, ensuring I understood , and got me signed up to the App. He then tested that it worked and followed through with me until I was happy and confident. The best customer service I have received in over 40 years of banking. It made me want to carry out all of my business and investments through Triodos. Triodos aligns so closely with my own values and is actively working to change the sector they are in for the better, which is highly commendable.
