Excellent customer service and attention to detail

Triodos have real people at the end of the phone who are willing to help you in any way possible, their customer service is second to none and their attention to detail also great. Ethical banking

My husband and I have had a current account with Triodos since it was introduced and have always been pleased with it. It’s straightforward to operate, secure and above all ethical. High quality, guilt-free banking

I banked with a high street bank for 28 years before opening accounts with Triodos. The high street bank offered excellent service but was far from ethical. I kept my old accounts open in case my Triodos experiment didn't pan out, but there was no need.
