I left Barclays

I had been been with Barclays for 30 years! I was putting the switch off as I thought it would be so disruptive.....but it wasn't.....a friend had taken the plunge to Triodos and said it was easy and it really was. All my standing orders, direct debits etc just magically transferred 'behind the scenes' I wish I had done it earlier. Reviewed on: 17th April 2021

I'm leaving HSBC

Having banked with HSBC since 1984 I now feel compelled to leave. I don't want to be allowing HSBC to invest my money into projects that are clearly destroying our planet. Reviewed on: 17th April 2021

Simple steps, great impact

Ethical, transparent, excellent

I chose to bank with Triodos because of their openly ethical standards and their transparency e.g. the ability to see who they lend money to. Their customer service is excellent and their communication with customers is second to none. Reviewed on: 17th April 2021
