A bank that genuinely cares

Changing to Triodos bank is one of the most positive changes that I've made. Their customer service team are easy to contact, friendly and professional. Their transparency mean that I receive genuinely interesting and insightful updates. But, above all I can feel confident that by being a Triodos customer I'm investing for more than just profits. Reliable, responsible, responsive.

Easy to use and secure online service, responsive on the phone. Crucially Triodos use the money I have invested with them to power a better society. They also provide the mortgage for the innovative strawbale co-housing project I am part of. As a mutual homeownership society we are enabled by Triodos to be a small part of the spring to the broken housing market. Reviewed on: 17th April 2021

A bank that does what I need & matches my ethics

I waited patiently for Triodos to launch their current account & made the switch as soon as they did. I don’t need anything fancy from a bank - online banking & an app do the job for me, but Triodos do both well & without unnecessary bells & whistles.
