Feel good

Godd service and great ethics

The switch was very straightforward and the service to-date has been great. The app for online banking is easy to use and has only improved since we started using it. Encountered no problems - proud to be using and happy to be paying (a small amount) for an ethical bank, rather than settling for one that pays lip-service to ethics, or doesn't bother with it at all! Triodos is everything we want and need from a bank - good customer service, always available if need be; the online banking and app is user friendly, they do not rip us oiff with extortionate penalty charges, and very importantly thet have one of the strongest if not the strongest ethics that guide their banking policy Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Triodos has been a revelation in terms of banking ethically. I switched from a bank whose investments contradict my beliefs and after extensive research, I found Triodos to promote the possibility that banking can contribute to the world, not simply be a machine to make money : irrespective of the means. I encountered some teething problems when first opening the account but these were very quickly and sympathetically dealt with by the team. I actually experienced a first: the member of staff I spoke to on the phone to report a problem said she would stay on the phone while I tried to make the (hitherto unsuccessful) transaction again, so she could address it "live". This personal experience is what I have missed so much in my previous banking experience. So, on a personal and global level, I am very happy with my switch! Reviewed on: 16th January 2024
