Great service and even better knowing that my money isn't funding fossil fuels or the arms industry

I was looking specifically for an ethical bank as I hated the idea that my money was being used by my old banks to fund damaging industries. Triodos are fantastic and their customer service matches their ethos. Reviewed on: 6th March 2021

Efficient and friendly as well as ethical

I have banked with Triodos since they launched the current account. Occasional need to call them, always sort it out quickly and in a friendly manner and generally answer the call without delay, which is a shame as they have the best hold music (#iamkp) Reviewed on: 6th March 2021

Beating the bad guys

I used to switch bank accounts for switching and saving bonuses. But when I read about how the traditional, big, banks invest their money I was shocked. I was so excited to find an ethical bank account but heartbroken it is the exception and not the norm. I love everything Triodos stand for and hope they are just the beginning of sector wide changes.
