Why I Care

For several years I have had a savings account with Triodos and was really pleased when the opportunity came to open a current account. It has been good to do business with a bank that is transparent about investments and funding. I sometimes struggle a bit with technology and with banking online - I'd speak on the phone or email your staff and always got good help with problems resolved - thank you staff for your patience! A bank that fits my ethics

Its such a change to feel good about where my money is being used! The newsletter is always a heart warming & inspiring read and a great product to show family & friends in raising the issue of holistic banking. So many people still dont know there is another choice that supports their environmental and ethical life styles rather than undermining it! I have had my ISA with triodos for quite a while and was delighted to be in the first wave to sign up for a current account. Where we put our money has an impact around the world socially, economically and environmentally. The climate crisis is here and the days of fossil fuels are over. Awesome bank and fantastic service all round

I worked in high street bank for 11 years so I understand and the industry very well. Once I became ethically aware I swapped to Triodos. The switch was super simple and fast. The service has always been impeccable and I feel great knowing I’m banking with a company that takes ethics more seriously than profit, and still manage to provide awesome customer care. If you care switch now

It took me weeks to find bank with transparent investment program supporting (among other things) local community projects. It's very important to me to know how money I keep in a bank are used and website has very handy map showing where bank is investing.
