Honesty and ethics come first

I switched my current account this year from HSBC to Triodos after I learned what HSBC invest into (tar sands, fossil fuels etc). Triodos are honest and transparent. I love that I can see the enterprises local to me that Triodos support. Their banking app and online banking are easy to use and feel very secure. Their support team are quick and helpful even in the pandemic. I appreciate the generous voucher I received for joining and the charity donation for recommending a friend. I think I'll be with Triodos forever. On a mission now to get my friends and family to make the switch! Reviewed on: 14th February 2021

The bank that cares

We chose Triodos because of its ethical and environment policies. But we also found that on a personal level Triodos provides a friendly and helpful support service. We have a current account, a savings account and investments, and we have also applied for a business mortgage. Great bank

Compassionate banking with superb results for all.

I joined the Triodos Bank several years ago. The most important thing to me is what my money is doing when it's not in my pocket. I wanted a bank who invested in the things I believed in: an extremely ethical bank. I had been with the Cooperative Bank for more than 25 years. Now I have current accounts and ISAs and investments with Triodos and I think that they are superb. Their customer service is people focused, attentive and friendly. The returns on my investments have been excellent. I don't merely have peace of mind that my money is not having a negative impact on the world and it's inhabitants, but that it is positively encouraging and enabling investment in people, communities, the environment and nature. I know that my money is making a difference, not just to me. There are not many institutions nowadays that I trust. Triodos is one. I wish everyone would bank with Triodos.
