The bank that does good and makes you feel good

I changed to Triodos because I wanted a bank that had ethical values and would not be using savings and investments to help finance unethical industries. What I didn't expect was just how transparent and ethical the bank would prove to be. And how good it would feel to be a customer of a bank that does good. I just wish that the news about Triodos as an ethical bank would spread and that more people realise what their money is used for when investing with most of the other mainstream banks. I've been banking with Triodos for a few months now, and I’m genuinely impressed by their ethics and transparency. It’s so refreshing to know exactly where my money is going – into projects that actually make a positive difference Their values really align with mine, and that’s not something I’ve found with any other banks. The app is clean and easy to use, and the customer service is consistently excellent – responsive, human, and helpful. It feels like they actually care about people and the planet, not just profit, which is really what we need! If you’re looking to put your money somewhere that matches your principles, I honestly can’t recommend Triodos enough. It's a small step that feels like a meaningful one. Intelligent, warm and excellent customer care

A very kind and patient man talked me through all of the options, ensuring I understood , and got me signed up to the App. He then tested that it worked and followed through with me until I was happy and confident. The best customer service I have received in over 40 years of banking. It made me want to carry out all of my business and investments through Triodos.
