Have never had any problem with Triodos, you can always talk to someone if you need to. No hanging around in a queue on the phone. If they are busy you just request a ring back and they always come back to you. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Intelligent, warm and excellent customer care

A very kind and patient man talked me through all of the options, ensuring I understood , and got me signed up to the App. He then tested that it worked and followed through with me until I was happy and confident. The best customer service I have received in over 40 years of banking. It made me want to carry out all of my business and investments through Triodos. Triodos aligns so closely with my own values and is actively working to change the sector they are in for the better, which is highly commendable.
