A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Refreshing in these times where unsustainable growth is often marketed as the only way to go- I like how Triodos is prepared to challenge this narrative. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025

What a privilege ...

... to be able to call Triodos MY bank - to know that my money is secure, that my savings are doing good not bad and that my 'young savers' can know the same! Reviewed on: 17th March 2022

I can sleep at night.

Great customer service, and same services as any other bank account. Difference is that I can sleep soundly, without the worry that I am supporting money laundering for corrupt government dictators and organised crime, or funding multi-national monsters pillaging natural resources, and polluting the world. Ethical & Awesome

It is fantastic to be able to bank with a company whose ethics align with mine and are doing the right thing for humanity and the planet. Customer Service have been responsive and informed when I have needed to contact them. Reviewed on: 17th March 2022

Feel empowered by banking

I am delighted with the service that I receive from Triodos and would bank with them for this alone but chose to change to a Triodos current account because of their assurance that they would invest in small industries and give people in developing countries opportunities for self sufficiency. I love that Triodos does not invest in fossil fuel industry but is modelling a responsible and fairer approach to banking. Reviewed on: 17th March 2022

Terrible

Absolutely atrocious rubbish services staff trained to lie and Palm people off was given 100 pounds to say sorry which later I found out they took from my blocked account I have with them stay clear worst account ever Reviewed on: 17th March 2022

Ethical Investment and Ethical Banking are the way forward for anyone who cares about people and our planet's biosphere

It is so good to know that, unlike Barclays or HSBC, Triodos Bank, my bank, does not invest my or anyone else's money with fossil fuels corporations that are responsible for producing most of the greenhouse gases that are causing global warming, the Climate and Ecological Emergency and the Sixth Mass Extinction. In addition it is heartening to know my bank is investing in social enterprises that bring real benefits and happiness to more and more communities. Reviewed on: 17th March 2022
