Ethical banking to make you feel good

Triodos provides most of the features of a regular bank but you know your money isn't funding arms, fossil fuels or being used by the powerful to oppress others. The app is good and things are clear using it. I can make online payments and use my debit card as easily as with other banks. It was easy to retrieve my PIN when I forgot it (due to going contactless for most of the pandemic). Only difference is not having a local branch, but I use those rarely myself. Best ethical bank out there.

Ethical, great customer service, future focused

I switched from HSBC earlier this year and I wish I had sooner. With HSBC if I wanted to talk to a human I would wait 20-30 minutes on hold. Triodos its 2-6 minutes. The app is easy to understand and the Account/app is quicker at recording transactions then HSBC. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2022
