Modern ethical banking

I switched from HSBC to Triodos expecting to make some sacrifices for more ethical banking. Not only was the switch completely painless but the customer service is far better and I find their new online banking and app interface very intuitive. I feel they keep me aware of changes to their systems which is useful, typically these are advanced in protecting your account from fraud. The feather in the cap would be allowing your card to be used with ApplePay but nothing perfect. They mentioned this feature might be coming but it’s not a big deal for me. Banking with a social conscience

Banking somewhere that has ethical and sustainable practices was really important to me. I moved from one of the major UK banks and of course was concerned that the service wouldn’t be the same! Well it is!! And it means I can bank with a company that shares my values! The only thing Triodos doesn’t do yet it Apple pay! But to be perfectly honest I haven’t missed it! Ethical and Fair
