Ethical Bank Account

Great service, great App, All very secure and on top the knowledge my money is not supporting unethical businesses around the world. Small service charge and well worth it. They have always responded to any questions or concerns I had very quickly. Reviewed on: 27th January 2022

Exceptional bank with exceptional principles

My bank is an exceptional bank with exceptional principles. That is the overriding aspect of why I entrust my money to them. I know where my money goes & what it is used for all the time and that is important for me. To cap it all they have customer service I can't fault, oh & and online banking & app service to mange it all too. Reviewed on: 27th January 2022

Ethical banking

Triodos is different to most other banks in that they consider the impact their decisions have on communities and the whole world. They are not just out to make money! Functionality is still as good as any other bank and they offer the same sort of savings accounts etc. Overall I am very pleased I swapped to Triodos! Reviewed on: 27th January 2022

Peace of mind that my banking is not harming the world in ways I can't see.

I chose to bank with Triodos because I try to make ethical choices as a consumer - I don't like the idea that my money - held in a saving accounts for example with a bank - would be part of a system of financing harmful activities, companies or countries. When news comes out about unethical practices by other banks and the fines they need to pay, I feel I made the right choice for me, and it would be great if more and more people made this choice - people do have power if they vote with their feet and their wallets... Easy to use app

Friendly and ethical

I have been a customer of Triodos for a long time - first through my business and then with a personal current account. Their strong ethical policies are what first attracted me to them, but the service I have received is why I stay. My interactions have always been met with a human approach and understanding. Ethical Efficiency

Triodos Bank are very ethical and also happen to be very efficient. This is an unusual combination! All their procedures are easy to follow. Their communication is prompt and crystal clear.
