supportive and exciting

I chose Triodos Bank because I wanted a bank that acted responsibly and used its money for businesses and communities I could identify with. It's been liberating; it's so easy to use. At the same time, they are very aware of security and respond quickly to any doubts or queries you might have. Then it's exciting to read about all the imaginative projects that you are connected with, even if only through your bank. There is news from people who are positive about the future even though we are at a point of climate crisis. Good to use: using for good. It's a win,win! Reviewed on: 25th January 2022

Tremendous Triodos

I joined because of the bank's ethical credentials, not because of any particular hopes or expectations of their customer service or the ease of use of their online banking - these have been deeply welcome bonuses! Excellent bank that invests in and supports sustainable initiatives whilst providing a personal service to its customers. A bank that takes seriously the need for banking security. A holistic green bank without any greenwashing.

Great customer service. Easy to use online banking... like so many others. But best of all and which makes this bank outstanding is the sustainable philosopy behind. It is great to know that my money is used on truly sustainable projects that consider equally communities/social aspects, the natural environment and economic aspects, and not just one of these over others.
