I know my personal banking is helping create the future I want to live in

My job is focussed on creating a better environmental future. I don’t then want the income I earn doing that to be undermining everything I devote my working life to achieving. I was a Triodos saver before the current account opened, and was one of the first in line for the account. Their customer service has always been excellent, and I really appreciate the bank’s transparency on their customers and how the bank uses my money. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

Safe, ethical banking

I joined Triodos Bank after reading several articles on unethical banking practices and discovering what my money was being used for in HSBC (fossil fuels, armaments, oppressive regimes etc). Ethical Consumer Magazine put Triodos at the top of their list and so I made the switch. It was effortless and efficient. The services are everything you would expect from a bank but with the added surety that my money is being used to support small, ethical businesses. Investment objectives are clear

With Triodos you know what your money will be invested in. You know these will be projects that have the common good as a general goal. The bank is fair and I feel happy to pay a small charge each month for the running of the bank. There are no silly overdraft charges. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

A wonderful and ethical bank

BAnking that gives you that feel good thing

I couldn't be more happy with my banking with Triodos. Efficient and friendly telephone banking, from real people who don't speak like machines. Regular updates on where my money is being invested and used to help others while not harming the planet. The user interface on my online banking is easy to navigate and very secure with the digipad device giving me added piece of mind. The thing I love most is that I know my money is doing good for the future of humanity. Oh and I just love my plant-based plastic debit card too - I'm always telling people about it when I pay for things! Highly recommended, everyone who cares about the planet should join them. A bank with values & integrity

I joined Triodos because I wanted my money to do something constructive for the planet & people. I love hearing about the projects they are supporting and knowing I’ve played a small part in making them happen. Their banking app is sleek & secure, and on the rare occasions that I need to call them, the customer service is accessible & very friendly. Triodos is quite simply the best bank I’ve ever had.
