Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. The Bank With A Difference

Triodos Bank has got a deserved reputation as THE ethical bank in the UK. It cares for its customers by providing a consistently good telephone banking and online service, and it cares for our planet by conscientiously investing the money entrusted by its customers. Triodos is a Bank with Values that contribute to wellbeing in our Society

As a person with ethical principles myself I chose Triodos because it is a Bank that discriminates between companies and offers financial provision only to those that have a positive impact on society and the environment. It supports those initiatives moving towards a more sustainable economy, a direction I value. Triodos offers banking services for individuals, businesses and charities. I personally have a. My preferred ethical bank.

I joined as soon as Triodos made current accounts available and prefer to have my money in a bank where I can be sure it's doing some genuine work for a cause I support, not just propping up an unsustainable industry. Reviewed on: 16th January 2022

Banking done right.

I rest easy knowing my savings, meagre as they may be, are invested in people and planet, not exploitative industries. Even their headquarters is circular! How great is that!? I recommend Triodos at every chance. Reviewed on: 16th January 2022

No-problem eco bank

So far, everything has been great: no issue with the switch, no issue to open saving account, quick reply from customer service. And obviously, their use of my money is what I want for my children's world. Reviewed on: 16th January 2022

Great customer service

I switched my bank account for the peace of mind that my savings would be used ethically, making the world a safer place. I half expected this to come at a cost of a second rate service but far from it- banking services with Triodos are equal if not better than my old bank- with customer service helplines light-years ahead.
